This prestigious wine comes from a Vineyard on
steep hill which gives its name.
This still wine is full body, very balanced and
smooth. It’s point of diamond of our production,
the first vintage is 1991.
Color: deep ruby red
Bouquet: intense, winy
Taste: balanced, smooth, delicate, full body
Alcohol: 13% vol.
Pairing: tasty dishes like wild game, and bird game
and meat dishes in general
Best served at 20°C.
