Carmiano – Mafalde 500gr

Some people say that the name of this type of pasta comes from a young lady named Mafalda who inspired a pasta maker with her long and wavy hair. Others say that the name is in honour of the Queen Mafalda di Savoia (in fact this pasta is also called “reginette”, “little queens”).

Perfect with ragu, with mushrooms sauce or with chopped vegetables.
